Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Alfamale Tours And Safaris. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Definitions

• Company: Alfamale Tours And Safaris
• Client / Guest: Any person booking or participating in a tour
• Safari / Tour: Any travel service, package, or itinerary provided by the Company

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by the Company.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservations.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than the agreed date prior to departure.
• Failure to make full payment on time may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Prices & Inclusions

• All prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are based on current park fees, accommodation rates, fuel costs, and government taxes.
• The Company reserves the right to revise prices in the event of significant cost increases beyond its control.

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• 60 days or more before departure:
  Refund of payments made, less any non-refundable deposits, bank charges, or supplier costs.
• 30–59 days before departure:
  50% of the total safari cost will be charged.
• 14–29 days before departure:
  75% of the total safari cost will be charged.
• Less than 14 days before departure, early departure, or no-show:
  100% cancellation fee applies (no refund).

Important Notes:

• Flights, park fees, special permits, and accommodation may be fully non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed after confirmation from third-party suppliers.
• No refunds are provided for unused services.

5. Changes by the Client

• Requests to modify travel dates, itineraries, or services are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply for amendments.
• The Company cannot guarantee acceptance of last-minute changes.

6. Changes by the Company

• The Company reserves the right to amend itineraries due to weather, safety, road conditions, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be made in good faith and in the best interest of the client.

7. Travel Documents & Health Requirements

• Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with entry regulations.
• The Company accepts no responsibility for denied entry or travel disruption due to documentation issues.

8. Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should cover:
  • Medical expenses
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Personal belongings

9. Liability & Responsibility

• Alfamale Tours And Safaris acts as an intermediary for airlines, lodges, camps, and transport providers.
• The Company is not liable for injury, illness, loss, delay, damage, or expense caused by factors beyond its control.
• Participation in safari activities is at the client’s own risk.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or security situations.

11. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Clients must follow all instructions provided by guides and staff.
• The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior poses a risk to others, without refund.

12. Wildlife Disclaimer

• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
• Safaris take place in natural environments where conditions may vary.

13. Photography & Marketing

• The Company may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless the client submits a written objection prior to travel.

14. Complaints & Claims

• Any complaints must be reported immediately during the tour to allow prompt resolution.
• Claims submitted after completion of the safari may not be considered.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
• Any disputes shall be resolved under Tanzanian jurisdiction.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
